We are looking for an experienced Change Lead to join one of our clients in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role.Experience and skills we are looking for:

• 5+ years experience in leading complex organisational change across people, process and technology.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, and an understanding of how individuals go through a change and the change process.
• Excellent skills and experience in the development and implementation of business-led change management strategies and plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and strong consulting and networking skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications, such as Organisational Psychology, Business and/or Change Management.
