We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our renowned Marketing team at Specsavers. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be involved in building ‘brand love’ and engagement through producing creative and delivering the Specsavers personality through all customer communications.You will work cross functionally with our creative internal ANZ studio and agency partners to deliver brief objectives on time and within budgets across all marketing channels. You will lead engagement with the planning team and ‘go to market’ channels as required in the development of creative content.As an experienced marketing professional, you will have an open and curious approach to learning, a natural ability to build relationships and communicate to all levels.The skills we are looking for:

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in a brand communications team (essential)
  • Experience working with external creative or third parties.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities with competing timelines and varying complexity.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply brand guidelines.
  • Experience in creative development across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and associated customer journeys with an ability to apply these elements to creative development (integrated creative activity)
  • Wlling to travel to our support office in Port Melbourne
  • Strong attention to detail
