Senior Business Analyst – Credit Cards

Talenza has been engaged to source a end to end Senior Business Analyst for a key banking client.The ideal candidate will be able to be both hands on with Technical Business Analyst requirements and be able to effectively elicit requirements from business stakeholders.Experience required:

• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst within the projects space
• Background in technology, and strong core business analyst skills
• Extensive banking or wider financial services experience
• Experience with the following:

• Credit cards, personal loans
• Credit decisioning
• Credit card orgingations
• Eliciting requirements from business and technology teams (must)
• Updating system documentation, work on business delivery elements, process design
• Write BRDs and User stories
• Demonstrated experience problem solving autonomously within a complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile project management tools
• Ability to work with ambiguity and with a range of difference stakeholders including both technology and business
• Strong communication skills including solid experience working with business stakeholders
