- Qualification: Masters Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology. Postgraduate qualifications must be of no less than two years-full time duration and include professional clinical coursework, clinical training and supervised placement experience
- Registration: Membership with relevant professional body – the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as appropriate
Selection Criteria: * Tertiary qualifications in clinical psychology and current registration with the relevant professional body
- Clinical experience working in mental health & addictions settings and working with clinicians and managers within diverse environments
- Demonstrated experience in training and clinical supervision
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge, understanding and commitment to patient safety, cultural safety, and quality management
- Proven ability to initiate and plan change to drive quality outcomes in multidisciplinary environments.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and liaison skills
- Demonstrated experience in building rapport and establishing trust
- Valid unrestricted NSW drivers licence
