As part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the renewable energy landscape while contributing to a sustainable future.Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Renewable Energy team in Victoria. The Project Manager will play a vital role in the execution of solar projects in VIC and other states, overseeing the construction phase and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and report on the construction phase of solar projects.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to head office and local stakeholders.
• Daily engagement, coordination, and management of consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Support supply chain, engineering, and on-site teams to ensure projects meet standards and timeframes.
• Collaborate with peers to facilitate project handover to investors, including inspection and commissioning.
• Create detailed schedules and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Solar or Electrical Engineering or a related engineering science.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer in Utility solar/wind or similar industry.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of PV power plants.
• 3+ years’ experience as a project manager in the solar sector, managing at least 50+ MWp completed solar projects.
• Familiarity with the grid interconnection process for the Australian market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and travel as required.
