In the role of Senior Advisor (Planning Program) you will provide high level advice to the Manager (Project Planning and Corridor Management) and Principal Engineer (Project Planning) about the delivery status and management of the district’s Transport System Planning Program (TSPP) and coordinate and undertake project reviews of the delivery of planning projects.Job details Position status Fixed Term Temporary

Access theSome of the responsibilities will include:

• Provide specialist advice to the Manager (PP&CM) and assist the Principal Engineer (Project Planning) in ensuring the Transport System Planning Program development and management aligns with regional priorities and the outcomes sought by the department.
• Plan and document the annual program delivery plan for the district’s Transport System Planning Program.
• Monitor time and financial progress of program delivery against established performance indicators.
• Prepare and present program delivery progress reports to stakeholders.
• Engage regularly with project managers to monitor project impacts on the delivery program.
• Develop and implement business processes that enable accurate reporting to the Manager (PP&CM) and Principal Engineer (Project Planning) on the actual forecast positions of the program and projects.
