More than that, we’re a community of creative, passionate, dynamic, and innovative team members dedicated to translating the latest trends into must-have collections for our colourful, fun and fashion forward customers.We celebrate diversity and advocate inclusion, we’re committed to continuous learning and developing you in your career, team wellbeing and community engagement are genuinely and actively supported.As part of The Sussan Group – including Sussan and Suzanne Grae – we aim to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers, our people, and the planet.Our Opportunity:This newly created Art Director role will be responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of our brands’ assets including store environment, website and digital platforms.Reporting into our Marketing Manager and working very closely with many internal teams and external stakeholders, you will lead the production of content and e-commerce for photographic shoots, leading pre-styling and creation of content shoot, keeping true to Sportsgirl’s core brand values.With a strong understanding of the creative process and photographic production, you will be hands-on on set, communicating effectively and thinking creatively to problem solve to ensure the vision is brought to life and deliverables are met.Responsibilities will include:Lead art direction for expression of purpose photo shoots (including attending creative calls & casting)Work with Marketing Manager on post shoot notesLead production of content and e-commerce for photographic shoots (including model selection)Ideate twice yearly concept for in-store overheads department shootAttend monthly briefing with creative agencyLead pre-styling and creation of content shoot shot doc and select retouching notesAttend range handover meetings and confirm digital communicationsBuild and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers and suppliersTo be successful in this role, you must have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication or relevant field is desirable
