What will you be doing?

• Co-management of claims team
• Assisting the Claims Manager with workflow co-ordination and reporting
• Act as a secondary point of escalation for declinatures, disputes, complaints, IDR matters and AFCA cases
• Manage a select portfolio of claims from lodgement to completion
• Ensuring customer service standards are met
• Ensuring all activities are compliant within industry time frames
• Identify issues/improvements where necessary

What do you need?

• High level of customer service and communication
• Must possess Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills along with Administrative skills.
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the insurance industry
• A strong understanding of the claims process
• At least 5 years claims experience
• 1 year of management/team lead experience preferred.
