The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team at Scotch College in Swanbourne.
About the Role
- Prepare fresh meals for students and teachers
- Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
- Lead and mentor your team of kitchen staff
- Monitor and order stock and minimize food wastage
- Adhere to our high standards of food safety
About You
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Must be able to obtain Working with Children Check
- Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
