Access theAbout the roleFixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide advanced clinical expertise and care relevant to the Safety & Quality across CC&CSS. Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience, and clinical skills in relation to initiating, managing, and monitoring patient safety systems to provide hospital staff with effective and timely access to the information necessary to comply with the NSQHS standards.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values:

  • Provide leadership throughout the organisation in relation to safety and quality initiatives and priorities.
  • Participate in innovation and change to develop responses to address emerging service needs in relation to safety and quality and patient safety within the service line and support staff to facilitate sustainable safety and quality improvement initiatives and outcomes.
  • Practice collaboratively within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
