Call Centre Operators

This thriving national business is seeking customer service team members. You will play a key role in serving customers across Australia and New Zealand,Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support t
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders including sales teams to ensure customer enquiries and queries are handled in a professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers.
• Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure smooth scheduling.
